    As per RBI's Digital Lending Guidelines dated September 2, 2022, all lending through digital platforms must be conducted by RBI-regulated entities. RentHatke operates as a Lending Service Provider (LSP) and facilitates loans only through its registered lending partners listed below. The loan agreement, KYC, and fund disbursement are directly managed by the respective lending partner.
