1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Rent Hatke Private Limited (“RentHatke”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of India
• Have a valid PAN card and Aadhaar card
• Have a regular source of income (salaried or self-employed)
• Meet the credit eligibility criteria as assessed by our lending partners

3. Services

RentHatke provides rental financing services including:

• Zero Deposit Move-in: Financing of full tenure rent paid directly to the landlord, with the tenant repaying via monthly EMIs.
• Deposit Financing: Loan to cover the security deposit amount, repayable via EMIs over a chosen tenure.

4. Loan Terms

All loans are disbursed through our RBI-regulated NBFC and banking partners. The specific loan terms including interest rate, processing fee, tenure, and repayment schedule will be communicated to you prior to loan disbursement and documented in your loan agreement.

5. User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Make timely EMI payments as per the agreed schedule
• Notify us of any changes to your contact or employment details
• Not use the services for any unlawful purpose
• Comply with the terms of your rental agreement

6. Late Payment and Default

Failure to make timely EMI payments may result in late payment charges as specified in your loan agreement, negative reporting to credit bureaus affecting your credit score, and legal recovery proceedings as permitted by law.

7. Cancellation and Prepayment

For Deposit Financing, you may prepay and close your loan at any time without penalty. For Zero Deposit Move-in, early termination is subject to the lock-in period specified in your agreement. Cancellation terms vary by product and will be detailed in your loan agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the RentHatke platform including the logo, design, text, and software is the intellectual property of Rent Hatke Private Limited and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

RentHatke acts as a facilitator between tenants, landlords, and lending partners. We are not liable for disputes between tenants and landlords, property conditions or defects, actions or defaults of lending partners, or loss of data due to circumstances beyond our control.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
